Starting today, April 20, the federal fuel excise tax on gasoline, diesel, and aviation fuel is temporarily suspended across Canada — putting money back in your pocket right away.

- Ten cents less per litre on regular gasoline

- Four cents less per litre on diesel
|
- Lower fuel costs to help bring down flight prices
|
This measure will be in place until Labour Day (September 7, 2026) — helping Canadians save throughout the busy summer months.
